Grocery list

Ok, so a couple of you have asked me what do I buy from the store. As I find more good stuff, I will be sure to add it in. Here is what I try my best to keep in my kitchen!

What’s In My Kitchen
Please note: I try my best to make sure that none of my foods have high fructose corn syrup in it. (Other than my Shredded Wheat. Sorry, gotta have it! lol) I also try my best to stay away from partially hydrogenated and refinded or enriched anything. (You have to look at the labels for this stuff!) When you first go grocery shopping, take your time. It takes a while because it’s hard to find “natural” things. And, don’t get discouraged by the price. Like you can have a huge loaf of bread for $0.89, but the kind of natural bread I eat is a lot smaller and costs $2.19. It’s a big difference, but it is well worth it to me. I hope this helps!

The links just show you what they are. I DO NOT suggest that you buy them from these places. I just wanted to show you what they looked like and it was the first link that came up. I don’t order any of these online. I just go to my store and get them.
