Ok, so it’s been going VERY good all week….well then I wake up yesterday and I could tell that TOM was coming when I went to the rest room. I knew that it was going to be bad. I had cramps and just wanted to slouch over my bed and not get up for the rest of the day. But, I didn’t. I got up and started my day anyway. I took a motrin 800. At that point I was like and didn’t feel any pain! So, I was good. Now, earlier this week when I stepped on the scale, I was ALREADY down 5 lbs from my last weigh in. But, what happened when I stepped on the scale this morning? Up 3 lbs! I KNOW I have not went off plan and I know it’s just TOM being here, but dag nammit that sucks! Needless to say, I didn’t count it and I’m NOT going to count it until TOM leaves! I just don’t wanna put it down and you can do that when you are doing your own plan and not following anyone else! So, when TOM leaves…..then I’ll be stepping on that scale again and recording it then.

Well, it’s late and I’ve got to go and post the older video blogs to the site, I FINALLY got it to work. So, now I’m off to add them.
